This is very delicious. It is so fruity and not too sweet. I used a combo of frozen blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries. I could not find white cranberry juice around here so I used white grape juice and I didn't add ginger due to personal taste. I am going to try this with regular cranberry juice next. Thank you BK for a great refreshing drink.

Love that fruit! I have all those frozen berries for my daily smoothies, so this drink was not a problem! I cut down a little on the ginger, omitted the vodka & the ice, but added a cup of orange juice as well as a very finely diced whole orange! It was great! BK, this is nice! I used a very light 1/2 tsp of ground ginger and 1 oz of Malibu rum (I just couldn't justify buying a bottle of vodka for one drink). I used Splenda for the sugar. The berries, juice and rum played together very happily indeed and gave me a lovely cooling frozen drink. I wish I could say that I enjoyed it slowly on the deck but to be honest I used the sugar blast to power me through a hectic afternoon. I'll make this wonderful concoction again.

Did someone ask for antioxidants? Lots of them here! This drink was oh so thick and not too sweet, which was quite refreshing to us, as we tend to dislike too much sweetness. It was also VERY pretty! At first we didn't like the ginger taste in there, but it kind of grew on us after the first few sips. Even though I probably wouldn't put it in again, or I would use less, it was kind of overpowering. We'll have this again in the summer on our new deck! Thanks, BK!
