    Directions:

      Put apples and bananas in bowl.
    2. 2
      Add sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
    3. 3
      Add flour, soda, cinnamon, nuts and raisins.

      mix well.

      Bake in greased and floured 9x13" at 350 for 1 hour.

      Great cake especially for school lunches - I halved the sugar but snuck some peanut butter chips in !!! Big hit with visiting teenagers !!

      Very nice cake, moist and tasty. I found it a bit sweet (and I do have a sweet tooth), two cups of sugar seems quite a lot when the bananas add sweetness too. Next time I make it I will cut that down. Overall a good easy cake.

      WOW.. what a great cake... Not sure it will last til morning. This is a perfect Fall cake to make and eat too!!Very easy to make and smells great baking. I did not add raisins because we are not a big raisin people, but still came out famtastic!
