This is one of my moms recipes. She makes this every year at Thanksgiving. It is very rich. I hope you enjoy!!!
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 2 unsweetened chocolate squares (melted and cooled)
- 9 inches graham cracker crust
- 2 cups Cool Whip
- Cream sugar with butter.
- Stir in cooled chocolate.
- Add two eggs, one at a time. Beating at high speed, for five minutes after each addition.
- Fold in cool whip and pour in shell.
- Chill at least two hours.
