This recipe is adapted from a Martin Yan cookbook. It is easy enough for every day, but has very sophisticated Chinese-influenced flavors. Enjoy!

  1. 1. Marinate pork chops for up to 2 hours.
  2. 2. Saute chops for approximately 2 minutes on each side over medium high heat until golden brown.
  3. 3. Combine sauce ingredients and mix well. Pour over chops and simmer over low heat until thickened, approximately 5 minutes.
