- 2 (340.19 g) can light chunk tuna in water, rinsed, drained and flaked
- 411.06 g farfalle pasta (Barilla plus multi-grain pasta)
- 236.59 ml frozen peas
- 236.59 ml seeded diced cucumber
- 78.78-118.29 ml finely chopped onion
- 1 fire roasted red pepper, minced
- 236.59 ml canola mayonnaise, cholesterol free
- 29.58 ml red wine vinegar
- 59.14 ml chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper
directions
- Cook pasta in salted boil water for 9 minutes add peas for 1 minute and drain well.
- Meanwhile place remaining ingredients in a large bowl tossing to blend.
- Add pasta and toss to coat.
- Chill for at least 2 hours. Garnish with parsley sprig.
- Enjoy.
