- 3 teaspoons yeast, Sure Bake
- 80 g whole meal flour
- 250 g white flour
- 20 g polenta
- 20 g rye flour
- 30 g oat bran
- 30 g multi-grain bread mix
- 2 teaspoons LSA
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 23 g butter
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 300 ml water, cold
directions
- Place all ingredients into the bread maker and cook as per Mixed Grain Bread Menu.
- Slice and serve as required.
