  • Steam asparagus till tender with 1 teaspoon of vinegar.
  • Steam crab till fully cooked.
  • Poach eggs with parsley.
  • Heat muffinfs and cut in half. Place eggs on muffin halfs. Add cooked bacon, crab and aspargus and top with hollandaise sauce.
