• 12 eggs
• 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 2 celery ribs
• 1⁄2 cup onion
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

I scaled this back to use 4 eggs and served up the egg salad on wholemeal/wholegrain rolls with fresh lettuce from the garden and the 3 of us really enjoyed them on our picnic. Thank you Chef #494633, made for Bargain Basement.
