  • Thaw frozen peas. Drain in colander.
  • Combine eggs and sesame oil in a small bowl and set aside.
  • Heat a wok over high heat until hot. Add the oil and when it is hot and slightly smoking, turn the heat to medium and add the eggs. Stir fry the eggs for 2 minutes, then add the cooked rice and stir fry for 3 minutes, mixing well.
  • Then add the peas, salt and pepper. Stir fry 5 minutes over high heat.
  • Add spring onions and bean sprouts and stir fry for 2 minutes. Turn onto a platter and serve at once.
  • Note: DO NOT ADD ANY SOY SAUCE TO THIS!

  1. This rice was ok. It really needed something. I made as written, tasted it and them sauteed some chicken with garlic,ginger and soy sauce. I added the rice back to this and adjusted the flavors with additional seasonings. Made for week 17 Football Pool 2010
