  1. What a quick and easy meal to prepare when you are short on time. Heck, even if you have plenty of time, this delicious dish is one that won't disappoint. I particularly like the fact that it calls for ingrdients that I always have on hand so whenever I want a quick meal, I'm ready to go. This will definitely make a repeat performance in this household. Thanks for sharing it, ~Robyn~

  2. I made this for dinner last night and I love the simplicity! My entire family, including a picky toddler, enjoyed this chicken dish. I will be making this recipe many more time in future. Thanks, Robyn.

  3. I made this again, and just have to say how great it is! Mmmmm......so good! And, yes.....VERY EASY!!! I am loving the taste of this chicken. I will be using this recipe quite often. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts for the chicken pieces. I had only some really, *really* small green bell peppers because of the cold weather now that had to be picked. I used 3 of them because of how small they were, and then I used 1/4 of a large onion. I then used about 1 tbsp of season salt (yes we like our salt), and about 1 tsp pepper. I will be making this again! Thanks so much for the great recipe!

  4. Excellent! This is very similar to one of my favorites when it comes to chicken, now I have it on paper and can share. Used chicken pieces the salt and pepper and was generous with the onion and green pepper. Delicious! Great served with a green salad and crusty rolls. Thank you Robyn, we enjoyed.
