- 1 1⁄2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1 -2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
directions
- Mix 1/2 cup cheddar cheese thoroughly with all remaining ingredients.
- Form mixture into a ball.
- Roll ball in remaining cheddar cheese to coat.
