Easy Awesome Cheese Ball

"Everytime I make this for a party, I get asked for the recipe and never have left overs. It's really easy and can be made ahead of time. Enjoy!"

• Yields: 1 ball
• Serves: 20

ingredients

• 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
• 1 ounce hidden valley ranch dressing mix
• 1 1⁄2 cups pecan pieces

directions

1. Soften the cream cheese for 30 seconds in the microwave.
2. Knead in the Ranch mix thouroughly.
3. Roll into a ball and put in the fridge on a plate to firm up.
4. Drop into a large ziplock bag of pecan bits and roll around to coat the outside before serving with whatever crackers you like.
