  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can French onion soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) beef consomme soup
  • 1 cup canned mushroom (button )
  • 12 teaspoon garlic
  • 14 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Melt butter and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish.
  2. Dump all other ingredients into the dish, and stir.
  3. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
