Open a couple of cans, stir, bake and yum!
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can French onion soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) beef consomme soup
- 1 cup canned mushroom (button )
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- Melt butter and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish.
- Dump all other ingredients into the dish, and stir.
- Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
