Simple ingredients and instructions - yummy flavour! We read all the reviews first and, like others, also added extra W. sauce (3 Tbsp total). Instead of mozzarella we used Gruyere and instead of sourdough we used a french baguette...it was what we had on hand. Like Karen we did not butter the bread. Next time we may try adding some wine, but it actually isn't needed...this is a lovely, simple soup recipe that we will definitely make again - Thank you so much for sharing!!!
