Easy Enchilada Pie

ingredients

• 1 lb hamburger
• 1 onion
• 1 1⁄2 cups salsa
• 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
• 1 cup corn
• 1 cup black beans
• 3 large flour tortillas
• 1 1⁄2 cups shredded tex-mex cheese

directions

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Brown meat with onions in large skillet. Add salsa, seasoning, corn and beans, mix well. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
2. Place 1 tortilla in a deep dish 9 in pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Top with 1/3 each of the meat mixture and cheese. Repeat. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
