This recipe is from The Four Ingredient Cookbook. I have made this pie several times and everyone loves it. It is just as good as a regular cheesecake but way easier. It starts out with a store bought graham-cracker pie crust--how much easier can you get?? Perfect for the holidays!! Enjoy!!
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 24 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Cream the cream cheese and eggs by adding one egg at a time.
- Add sugar and vanilla.
- Pour into graham cracker crust and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, or until set.
Remember in prep to make sure cream cheese is room temp. so it's easy to cream.This is also for two pies not one.
