An old standby for party trays and buffets. A good way to use those Easter Eggs.

Love this recipe. However, I used 1 to 2 teaspoons of horseradish instead of Worcestershire sauce. gave them a little bite. Hubby loved them!

Directions

  1. Carefully remove the egg yolks.
  2. Mash with the back of a fork.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, white pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Stir until well blended.
  5. Fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture.
  6. Keep refrigerated until served.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika for color if desired.
