- 532.32 ml water
- 236.59 ml uncooked long grain rice
- 14.79 ml margarine
- 4.92 ml salt (optional)
- 236.59 ml frozen peas, thawed and cooked
- 236.59 ml thinly sliced celery
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 118.29 ml mayonnaise
- 118.29 ml chutney
- 4.92 ml curry powder
directions
- In saucepan put water, rice, margarine and salt; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20-25 minutes.
- Cool.
- Add peas, celery and onions.
- In small bowl combine mayonnaise, chutney, and curry powder.
- Add to rice and stir well.
