- 1182.95 ml cooked chicken
- 29.58 ml canola oil
- 29.58 ml vinegar
- 4.92 ml salt
- 4.92 ml curry powder
- 29.58 ml orange juice
- 473.18 ml cooked MINUTE rice
- 354.88 ml sliced green grapes
- 354.88 ml sliced celery
- 311.84 g can mandarin oranges, drained
- 382.71 g can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 236.59-354.88 ml mayonnaise
directions
- Mix oil, vinegar, OJ, salt together and toss with chicken. Add remaining ingriedients chill and serve.
- If using chowmein noodles, add a cup or two right before serving.
- You can also adjust curry powder to your liking.
