The cuban sandwiches I have eaten all had slices of pork but the shredded pork was a nice change. Used a thin layer of mustard since I dont care for the bite it can have at times. Did use our George Foreman grill and the bread was nicely toasted with the cheese melted and gooey. Anytime I have a taste for a cuban sandwich it will be this one I make. Made and reviewed for Susie's World Tour 2019 - Cuba.
