ingredients

• 118.29 ml chopped celery
• 118.29 ml chopped onion
• 59.14 ml butter or 59.14 ml margarine
• 304.75 g can chicken broth
• 226.79 g package cream cheese, cubed
• 198.44 g spaghetti, cooked and drained
• 236.59 ml chopped cooked turkey
• 113.39 g can mushrooms, drained
• 14.79 ml chopped pimiento
• 1.23 ml salt
• 59.14 ml grated parmesan cheese

directions

1. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter.
2. Add broth and cream cheese;.
3. stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted.
4. Add remaining ingredients except parmesan cheese; mix lightly.
5. Pour into 1-1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
