- 14.79 ml garlic-flavored olive oil
- 453.59 g white mushrooms, sliced about 6 cups
- 250 g container chive & onion cream cheese
- 453.59 g shrimp, medium size cooked, peeled
- 473.18 ml baby spinach leaves
- 59.14 ml water
- 14.79 ml lemon juice
- 118.29 ml parmesan cheese, shredded
directions
- Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook 6 minutes or until mushrooms are golden. Add cream cheese, stirring until melted. Add shrimp, spinach and water; cook until heated; about 2 minutes. Fold in cooked rice, lemon juice, and more water if needed. Top with parmesan cheese and serve.
