Creamy Chicken Dip

"Very good on crackers or spread on thick bread and popped in oven until hot. Don't recall where I got this recipe. Think this was intended to be a filling but was much better as a dip. One of my AOL screen names is RecipePackrat-I have thousands of recipes scribbled on 3x5 cards that I obtained from friends or copied from magazines, newspapers, books, etc."

I live in Arkansas-moved from Oregon 3 years ago. I work 7 days a week (5am-2pm) and 6 nites (5-7) running a restaurant. Dearly love my grandsons (7 yr old and 10 mo old) and crafting with plastic canvas. Spend a lot more time with boys than crafting because my daughter attends college and works. Business is slow this time of year so I spend a lot of time on the Internet, searching for dishes I can offer in the restaurant. Stumbled upon this site and am very impressed.
