Creamy Cheese Log

"This is my friend's recipe; it is creamy smooth. The best part about this cheese log is that you can freeze it."

• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 2 cups

ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) container imperial cheese
• 1 (8 ounce) container cream cheese
• 1⁄4 cup sour cream
• 1 dash Tabasco sauce
• 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup pecans, finely chopped

directions

1. Blend all ingredients together.
2. Chill for 1 hour.
3. Shape inot logs or Ball.
4. Roll in chopped nuts.
5. Can be frozen.
6. Serve with crackers.
