This is a very simple delicious dressing that I got the idea for at a local restaurant here in Baltimore. I hadn't had any other Balsamic Vinagarettes like it so I had to make my own. I came pretty close and think this tastes wonderful! On top of some spring mix salad, with feta or goat cheese and some tomatoes.... HEAVEN!!!

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a sealable container and shake until well blended and a nice caramel color. Let sit for about 15 minutes, shake again before using. Within 3 days or discard.

This was so good. Very easy to make, with the exception of the shaking!!! The only substitution I made was low fat mayo (the olive oil based one from Kraft) Used it on romaine with tomatoes, walnuts, craisins and crumbled goat cheese, goooood salad!!! Thanks for the recipe!
