  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Mix all ingrediants until well combined.
  • Roll into 1 inch balls (bite size).
  • Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until brown.

  1. Oh my the best sausage balls I've ever made not dry at all will make against did not cook the sausage first just mixed all ingredients together then cooked :)
     
  2. We had friends over for brunch a couple weeks ago and they all loved these. Don’t cook the sausage first! I added in some jalapeños, green onions and shredded green chile cheddar. Very moist. I’ll be making again. Thank you.

  3. This is always my go-to recipe for sausage balls now! They are wonderful! I like that the sausage is cooked before baking the balls.
