"Crab Salad from an old friend that now works with my wife."

• Yields: 1 big bowl

ingredients

• 4 lbs imitation crabmeat
• 1 lb corkscrew macaroni, cooked and drained
• 2 cups chopped fresh broccoli
• 1⁄4 cup green onion, chopped
• 1 cup red and green bell pepper
• 1 cup diced celery
• 16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 cup Miracle Whip
• 1 cup sugar

directions

1. Mix the mayonnaise, Miracle Whip and sugar to make dressing, adjust to taste.
2. Mix it all together and stir in the dressing.
