A recipe from my mom. Great combination of flavors. Cook time is refrigeration time.

  1. Crumble the bacon.
  2. Combine first 7 ingredients with a half a cup of the cheddar.
  3. Roll into a ball and wrap with plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  5. Coat outside of ball with remaining cheese.
  6. Serve with crackers and raw vegetables.
