  1. We really enjoyed these easy, delicious cookies. I thought they were yummy, but I knew the real test was to see what my husband thought of them. Oatmeal raisin cookies are his all-time favorite cookie and when he gave them 2-thumbs up, I knew we had a winner. My first pan out of the oven produced cookies that had spread too much and were very thin. I added a little extra flour to the remaining batter and that did the trick. The rest of the cookies turned out perfect. I got about 3 dozen cookies out of the recipe and a very happy husband. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe. **Made for 2018 Football Pool**

  2. I love oatmeal cookies and usually prefer the hard crisp ones. This lovely recipe has changed my opinion of soft oatmeal cookies. What a lovely treat these cookies are, soft, tender, with beautiful golden raisins and a hint of cinnamon. They were awesome. I shared them with the neighbors who came back and asked if I had anymore....great praise indeed. Thank you for sharing your recipe which has gone into my Favorites Cookbook for 2014. Made for Spring Pac 2014.
