Can go on Pancakes, Waffles or my favorite, French Toast
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup corn syrup
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 cup cream or 1⁄2 cup evaporated milk
- Bring sugar, corn syrup, water and cinnamon to a boil.
- Boil 2 minutes.
- Let cool 5 minutes.
- Then add 1/2 cup Cream or evaporated milk.

Now why didn't I think of this one! Love that cinnamon, & this syrup is extremely easy to make & is very tasty! This makes for a wonderfully dressed up corn syrup, & now I doubt I'll ever use the plain ol' kind on pancakes again! Thanks for a great recipe!
