The flavor of this candy is unusual in a lovely way. Color was just a faint hint of pink. Could garnish each piece with a dried cranberry and small bit of candied orange to hint at the nice blend of flavors. I used a candy thermometer but texture of mine was similar to divinity, it didn't set up like traditional fudge, and I'm wondering if I shouldn't cook it a bit more next time. I'll make it again, it's very tasty! Thanks, GRACE in TEXAS, for posting!
