OH. MY. GOSH. Seriously, this was way too amazing. I ended up adding four cloves of garlic and probably just a little over a tablespoon of mustard but it was AWESOME!! Served over wax beans, white rice, broccoli and chicken. I also added some pepper and just a smidge of salt to the sauce. The best part about this is how versatile the sauce is. Thanks!! Total keeper!!

This was amazing. I scaled it down to only one serving and thought there was a lot of sauce, but I did manage to eat it all and then wished there was more! I used granulated garlic and added some parmesan to the sauce. Served it with cooked broccoli that was good with it as well. This is a super tasting recipe and one I am looking forwards to making my son. I did forget the parsley, but don't think that was too big of a deal.

Excellent and easy to make. I didn't flatten the chicken so I added it back into the pan once the sauce had been boiling for a few minutes. I also put baby bella mushrooms which gave it awesome extra flavor. I had to cook it an extra 5 minutes to get the thickness I wanted without using any carbs since I'm on low carb high fat diet. This recipe was perfect for my eating style!

Right off the bat, I need to admit that I made a last minute substitution; Philly has a cooking cream now, and I used that in place of the thickened cream and chicken stock. (I did not know I was out of heavy cream until after I started the dish...) I followed the rest as directed, and was rewarded with a lovely, quick, and tasty chicken dinner. One dish meals are perfect for weeknights, and this can be made soooo quickly. :) Thanks so much for sharing, **Mandy**!

Very easy recipe to make with small amount of ingredient but a lot of flavour. The only substituted I made was I used lactose free cream instead of thickened cream. I had to use a little corn flour to thicken the sauce but it's due to the type of cream I used. Served it with Recipe #208297. Thank you Mandy from Oz for a flavoursome dinner.

Melbourne I live on a 5 acre property in the Dandenong Ranges Victoria, Australia, having moved from the burbs when I became pregnant with my now 15 year old daughter Alyssa.
Once my daughter was born I became a stay at home mum as I couldn't bear the thought of putting her in daycare. She is the light of my life, I never imagined myself as a mum when younger but now wouldn't have it any other way. Alyssa was made a big sister on the 19th April 2010 when our cheeky little boy Blake was born. I love cooking and experimenting with new recipes so quickly become addicted to Zaar as it was previously known & still use it regularly. In addition to being my kids taxi  I also spend my time, reading, gardening and of course shopping. I'm lucky enough that we have the space & so love growing our own fruits, vegies & herbs, this also means we have plenty of room for animals & at the moment have 2 dogs, Max, a Jackshund who's 6, Fletcher, a Kelpie who's 4, 6 cats Snowpea, Fergus, Ginger, Tango, Annie & Cookie, 4 chooks & 2 Ducks.
As well as our pets, we also have a lot of native animals around our area, we have kangaroos, wombats, echidna's, possums as well as rosella's, galah's & Cockatoo's hence the name of where I live..
