directions

  • cook pasta according to direction and drain; set aside.
  • place water in saute pan and on medium cook sausages for 10 minutes; turn at 5 minutes. remove from pan and slice into 1/4 inch slices.
  • place olive oil in pan on medium heat and add peppers and onion. sautee for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • add garlic, rosemary and tomatoes to pan.
  • in saucepan, add heavy cream, parmesean cheese and marscapone. stir on medium heat until cheese melted.
  • add all ingredients into large pasta pot, mix and then serve.
  • add grated cheese to taste.

  1. Made this for Spring PAC for DH and myself. The instructions for the ingredients weren't real clear in slicing or dicing of the vegies. I did use red and green bell peppers which I sliced, sliced the onion and added some sliced mushrooms and sauteed them all together then added the garlic and fresh rosemary. DH didn't like the chicken sausages (maybe it was the brand) but thought a turkey or regular sausage would be good. The sauce was delicious!! I definately will make this again using different sausage. Thank you.
