  • Stir soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper, and vegetables in a 11x8 shallow baking dish.
  • Season chicken however you desire.
  • Top rice with chicken.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake at 375 for 50 minutes or until chicken and rice are done.
  • Top with cheese and return to oven for 2 minutes.
  • Let casserole stand for 3 minutes.
  • Stir rice before serving.
