  1. Great tasting mealoaf. I doubled the amounts to make one big loaf. Also, omitted the chili sauce and used a smokey bacon grill sauce for over the top which I put on the last 10 minutes of baking along with the cheese slices. MMMmmm, this made the house smell sooo good. Made for RecipeTag in KK's forum.

  2. A nice change of pace from my regular meatloaf recipe. I used ground round, 12 ounces of chili sauce, and shredded sharp cheddar cheese instead of slices. Topped with the bacon about half way thru baking and enjoyed the smoky flavor. Since I used the leaner ground round I think a bit more seasoning would have been nice but this was a tasty meatloaf. Served Mimi Bobeck's Recipe #68159 and green beans for supper tonight. Thanks hon for another great recipe! Made and reviewed for Kittencal's Recipe Tag Game.

  3. Wow YUM! My new favorite! I put 1/2 cup of sharp cheddar right in the loaf and used 1 tsp garlic powder. Loved the chili sauce on top (I used some I picked up at a local Asian food mart). This was really ,really good, thanks for the keeper!

  4. Ok...one thing about me...I hate meatloaf. Well, until we had this one tonight! I decided to try one last effort since this seemed so easy. And it WAS easy and so good! I couldn't believe how moist and flavourful it was. Next time, I think I will mix the cheese into the meat loaf but besides that, I wouldn't change a thing! Thank you for making me and my family happy:)

  5. A Dirrerent way of doing the traditional meat loaf. The meat could use some additional seasoning but otherwise an excellent dish. Thanks for the recipe.
