  • Let cream cheese soften to room temperature.
  • Add pineapple, salt, onion, green pepper and 1/2 cup of pecans.
  • Mix together.
  • Refrigerate until firm.
  • Shape into two balls and roll in remaining 1/2 cup of pecans.
  • Serve with Triscuits or other crackers.
