- 44.37 44.37 ml margarine or 44.37 ml chicken fat
- 44.37 ml enriched flour
- 354.88 ml chicken broth
- 473.18 ml cooked chicken, cut in pieces
- 236.59 ml peas, cooked or canned, drained
- 85.04 g can mushroom pieces, drained
- 2 medium carrots, cooked and cut in thirds
- 59.14 ml onion, chopped
- 29.58 ml pimentos, chopped (optional)
- 2.46 ml salt
- 212.62 g can refrigerated biscuits
directions
- Melt butter; blend in flour. Gradually add broth. Cook and stir till thick. Add chicken, vegtables, and salt; heat to boiling. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
- Make Biscut Snippets: With scissors, snip refrigerated biscuts into quarters; arrange in ring, rounded side down, atop HOT chicken.
- Bake casserole at 425 degrees 8 to 10 minutes or until biscuts are done.

<p> <br /><br /><br />Born and raised in Utah..Married an AF guy...moved back home and pulled out the crockpot <br /><br />I like to cook...Love to eat...The DH loves to cook...so now I'm a SAHGM and the daughters and little ones have moved back into my home...EMBRACE THE CHAOS! is my new motto..*sigh* I had just gotten the hang of cooking for two...now back to cooking for 7 plus however many more walk in...LOVE my crockpots...both my daughters are decent cooks and we have fun together in the kitchen...I told them when they fought as youngsters they'd be friends someday...Mama is ALWAYS right!</p>
