  1. Rub the bottom third of a wooden bowl with a garlic clove; add anchovies and mash until they are a paste. Add egg and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Mince garlic cloves and add along with Worcestershire,salt, mustard, red pepper, olive oil, and parmesan and stir well.
