Boy...is this ever good. I too have made alot of applecrisps in my day and this is the first time using butterscotch pudding mix in the crumble. A nice tasty addition. I used walnuts in place of the pecans and also gave a generous sprinkling of cinnamon...just b/c I love my cinnamon. Made for Strawberry Tag in KK's forum!~

This was one of the easiest crumble dessert I made. And the taste, also one of the best. I'll give the recipe to my mother (which mean I'Ll have to translate it in French for her LOL). The topping is wonderful because of the pecans and the butterscotch pudding (mine was a light, low-calorie). I used 6 large Cortland apples that gave me 6 cups. I baked it 40 minutes and it was ready. Thanks Kittycatmom :) Made for PRMR :)
