- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
- 1 (14 ounce) angel food cake, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 (21 ounce) cans blueberry pie filling
directions
- In large bowl beat the cream cheese and sugar.
- Fold in whipped topping and cake cubes.
- Spread evenly into an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Top with pie filling.
- Cover and refrigerate for about 2 1/2 hours.
- Cut into squares.

Love, love, love this recipe. I have divided it in 1/2, put it in a single cake pan, & used only 1 can of pie filling. The other 1/2 of the Angel food cake feezes very well. I have used the blueberry, lemon & am going for cherry when we finish the lemon. 1/2 is perfect for my hubby & me. Carol Wilson #359978
