Blue Cheese Sauce -- Broccoli

"This simple sauce has been handed down three generations--at least. Great on broccoli."

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 3 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1⁄2 cup blue cheese (crumble)

directions

1. Combine first three items in small sauce pan.
2. Gently heat (low) until butter melts.
3. Add blue cheese, stirring until melted.
4. Spoon / drizzle over broccoli.
