Directions

  1. Spread the mustard on both slices of bread.
  2. Sprinkle on the paprika and chopped Basil.
  3. Add the cheese and tomatoes in alternating layers.
  4. Toast (or Grill if you have a sandwich press).
  5. Coat the Press with a spray of Pam if desired.
