"I found this and the note was it is three generations so i tried the recipe and i was glad i did it is the best meat loaf i have had anywhere i wish i could take the credit for this recipe but i can not i just want to get it out there for the flavors that it is worth that is how good it is"

• Serves: 8

ingredients

• 1 cup milk
• 1 egg
• 3⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 medium onion
• 1 tablespoon green pepper
• 1 tablespoon ketchup
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon horseradish
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground allspice
• 1 teaspoon dill weed
• 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef, 90% lean

directions

1. In a bowl , add first 11 ingredients crumble beef over mixture mix well form into loaf bake 350 about 1 hour and 30 minute.
