    Directions:

      Saute the onions in the olive oil, add the ground chuck and cook until brown.
    2. 2
      add half the soup, garlic powder, rice and pepper, stir well. Set aside.

      Shred the cabbage and mix with the remaining soup.
    4. 4
      Spread half the cabbage mix in a greased 13 X 9 " pan.

      Cover with the meat and rice mix.
    6. 6
      Spread remaining cabbage mixture on top.
    7. 7
      Cover with foil and bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 350 deg.F.
