Beef & Bean Bake

"A lot of childhood fav's in this one...pork & beans, ketchup, mustard, beef...all combined to make one yummy dinner!"

• Yields: 1 Casserole
• Serves: 4-5

ingredients

• 2 cups chopped onions
• 1 lb ground beef
• 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans pork & beans
• 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can kidney beans
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons mustard
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 cup ketchup
• 1⁄4 cup brown sugar

directions

1. Mix chopped onion and ground beef together, then fry.
2. Drain grease from beef mixture then add all other ingredients.
3. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
4. This can be frozen.
