Barbecued Flank Steak

"This is really a very tasty marinade for a sometimes tough cut of meat. My kids gobbled it up!"

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons white vinegar
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons ground ginger
• 1⁄2 cup finely chopped red onion
• 3⁄4 cup oil
• 2 -4 lbs flank steaks

directions

1. Combine all ingredients except steak. Add steak and marinate overnight. Barbecue each side of flank steak 5-7 minutes over hot coals.
