Barbecue Ribs With Homemade Sauce

  • Place ribs in roaster with 1 cup water. Bake at 325 covered for 60 minutes or until almost done. You do not want them too soft or they will fall off the bones too soon. If there is liquid left - drain and save for soup stock. Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over ribs. Bake @ 325 for another hour. If you liked them broiled a bit, remove cover and turn on broiler. Watch carefully so they do not burn.
