These were good, but nearly banana-y enough for our taste. I had 2 over-ripe bananas to use. I probably should have just used both bananas for a single batch. Instead, I doubled the recipe. The waffles were really good - light, fluffy, crisp, even though I omitted butter. I did add a few choc chips, so that was a nice addition. (For those who said the waffles were too soft, be sure your waffle iron is HOT, and spray with cooking spray between batches. That can make all the difference.)

Used my belgian waffle maker, doubled the recipe. My family says it's a keeper and a "make-again" recipe. I added a teaspoon of cinnamon to the batter.
