All you need is a processor and frozen bananas. This recipe can be gluten and lactose free by replacing milk with rice milk or orange juice.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 500 g ripe bananas (peeled,sliced thin and frozen)
  • 59.14 ml milk (or rice milk or orange juice)
  • 29.58-44.37 ml sugar

Directions

  1. Place the frozen bananas and sugar in a processor. process until it starts to pulverise.
  2. Start adding the milk and process until smooth and ice cream like.
  3. serve.
