- 4.92 ml fresh lemon juice
- 1.23 ml crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 clove garlic, minced (or more)
- 411.06 g can tomatoes seasoned with basil garlic & oregano, drained (or a similar Italian style tomato)
- 113.39 g cumbled feta cheese
- 453.59 g crusty bread, sliced diagonally,toasted (French Baguettes work well)

directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine lemon juice, red pepper, garlic and tomatoes in a bowl.
- Coat a shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
- Crumble Feta into the baking dish.
- Top with tomato mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, stir and serve as a spread or dip for the bread.
